Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using KinJo, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose: kindergarten enrollment, attendance, reporting, and communication between parents and kindergartens.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you submit, including enrollment and child information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Changes to the service

KinJo may update these terms or the service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman (Palace of Justice), Jordan.
